You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). For a return after the item is built, please contact customer service at email@example.com within 30 days. You will be responsible for returning the item in excellent condition. If the item is returned and damaged, a full credit will not be issued.
For Swopper classic, air, saddle, 3Dee products, a new box will need to be purchased to send your Swopper back; an assembled Swopper/3Dee will not fit in the original box it was shipped in.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). All orders are in U.S. dollar.
If you need to return an item, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and instructions and an RMA will be processed. You must include the RMA form issued in the box for full credit. Items must also be in new condition.
We ship to the U.S. and Hawaii for free, via Fed Ex Ground. We are currently not shipping to Canada or Puerto Rico.
Your shipment will be shipped Fed Ex ground. Order processing and fulfillment takes 3-4 and then, depending upon your destination, Fed Ex will deliver anywhere between 2-11 days.
