Returns Policy

You may return new items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund except for clearance closeout items, which are final sale. Return shipment costs will be the responsibility of the customer unless the return is a result of a defective or incorrect item shipment. Any return of an item purchased on will need a claim filled out which can be done at within 30 days. You will be responsible for returning the item in “like new” condition. If the item is returned and is found to be damaged, a full credit will not be issued and cost for damages will be assessed.   

For Swoppers & 3Dee products, a box will need to be purchased to send them back; an assembled Swopper/3Dee will not fit in the original box

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). All orders are in U.S. dollar. 


We ship to the contiguous U.S. for free, via Fed Ex Ground. Shipments to HI and AK are a flat rate of $125 per chair.  Shipments to Canada will have a flat rate of $150 per chair added at checkout. We are currently not shipping to Puerto Rico. 

Your shipment will be shipped FedEx ground. Order processing and fulfillment takes 3-4 business days and then, depending upon your destination, FedEx will deliver anywhere between 2-11 days.
